Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Quill Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
