Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Hollow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Louisville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 613 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
