Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Maple Press Partners prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Louisville plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
