Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around Little Rock, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
