Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Quarry Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
