Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Vale Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Little Rock, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
