Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Lantern Manufacturing is a Little Rock manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
