Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Junction Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Little Rock, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
