Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
