Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Meridian Foods Group is a Las Vegas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
