Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 340 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
