Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
