Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Las Vegas area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
