Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Cobalt Manufacturing makes precision components in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 936 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
