Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Las Vegas region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
