Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cobalt Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
