Foxglove Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records.
