Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
