Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Quill Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
