Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Iron Early Learning Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
