Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Kansas City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
