Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Kansas City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
