Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Jacksonville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
