Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Westbrook Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Jacksonville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
