Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Juniper Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Jacksonville plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
