Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Holdings is an early-learning provider in Jacksonville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
