Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Foxglove Birch Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
