Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
