Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Jacksonville with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
