Silverline Quill Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
