Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Jacksonville with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
