Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Field Markets is a Jacksonville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
