Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
