Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
