Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
