Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Houston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Houston. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
