Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Nest Early Learning Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
