Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Beacon Manufacturing is a Honolulu manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
