Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
