Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Pike Auto Group is a Honolulu company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
