Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Birch Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
