Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Ashton Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Honolulu. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 579 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
