Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Honolulu, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
