Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Mill Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
