Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Works is a Hartford property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
