Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Hartford. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
