Bright Mill Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
