Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fresno, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
