Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fresno, CA)

Nova Willow Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system.
