Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Fresno, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
